Vinification of Château Brane-Cantenac Le Baron de Brane Margaux
The balanced Le Baron de Brane Margaux from France is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. In Bordeaux, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of gravel. Of course, Le Baron de Brane Margaux is also determined by climate and viticultural style Margaux. This French wine can literally be described as an Old World wine, which is exceptionally impressive. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Le Baron de Brane Margaux are harvested exclusively by hand without the use of punishing and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and gently broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the elegant Le Baron de Brane Margaux is aged for another 12 months in French oak barriques.
