Cidrerie de la Brique

In Normandy, in the heart of Cotentin, Cidrerie de la Brique has preserved the tradition of cider-making since 1953.

At that time, the Brique cider house was just one of many in Cotentin. Cider was still a popular drink, found on the table of every Norman household.

The distribution was very local, mainly focused on the cafes in Cherbourg and Val de Saire. Individuals would come to fill their bottles from the many barrels available in the cafes.

In the 1990s, under the leadership of Mr. Dupont, the Brique cider house expanded its distribution throughout Normandy.
