Serve with slices of toast country bread and a good glass of sweet or syrup white wine.

How to administer it?

Foie gras must be removed 15 to 20 minutes before tasting.

Open it and cut it at the last minute to preserve colors and flavors. Use a knife without teeth with a thin blade that soak in hot water. Leave a thin layer of fat, indicating the authenticity of the product without damaging its presentation and taste.
