The vineyards in the sought-after Pouilly-Fumé appellation are covered with limestone soils with remnants of shells. The wines are made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and are characterised by distinctive mineral notes. This excellent cuvée has also been made from selected parcels of the winery's inert method: the nose shows traces of citrus, chalk, floral notes of hawthorn, green tea and minerals. On the palate it is juicy, with attractive notes of pomelo, lime mineral and flint. The aftertaste is long and mineral. A wine for true connoisseurs.
