SCALLOPS 55% (Zygochlamys patagonica Argentina, Chlamys opercularis France), fresh CREAM 26%, BUTTER, EGG yolk, white wine, thickeners: cellulose and xanthan gum, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), spices and herbs, Guérande salt 0.3%.

Possible traces of crustaceans, nuts, fish.
