White Rhum Clement is made from a selection of the best sugar cane from Habitation Clément. The sugar cane is harvested as low to the ground as possible to achieve the highest sucrose concentration. The distillery is located within sight of the fields to ensure freshness.

It is matured for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. This produces a pure rum with a pleasant floral and cane flavour that is excellent in many cocktails.

Agricole Blanc is an easily blended rum that is great in cocktails. It is distilled from sugar cane juice, as is typical of Martinique, and proudly bears the 'AOC Martinique' label, which denotes an exemplary degree of expertise at every stage of production.
