Cognac Lautrec V.S
Code: 6094Product detailed description
Today, Lautrec Cognac is patiently handcrafted using secret techniques in the same way it was in the early days. On the clay-limestone soil in the oceanic climate of the Grande Champagne region, the white grape variety ugni blanc is grown predominantly for its production. After double distillation in copper pot stills, the resulting eaux-de-vie is transferred to dark cellars where it is aged for 2 years in small French oak barrels, allowing the finest flavour notes to emerge in this cognac.
It has a fresh floral aroma, a sort of masculine raw power (just like its Lautrec predecessor) and a velvety taste that shows vanilla and a structured leathery finish.
Colour: light amber
Nose: fresh and intense, floral, vanilla-sweet, dried fruits
Taste: velvety, structured with hints of vanilla and leather
