Tasting notes
Brilliant gold color. Intense nose of exotic fruits, notes of honey, acacia and citrus. Round on the palate, excellent balance sugar- alcohol-acidity. An elegant and flattering oath, easy to drink.

Aperitif, semi-cooked or cooked foie gras, smoked fish, blue cheeses, desserts with summer fruits.
