Terraces were built with stone walls by hand.
Crozes Hermitage is cultivated on stony, filtering soils in the southern
part of the vineyard and on granite dominated soils to the north.
This vineyard surrounds the slopes of Hermitage.
At time of Harvest severe sorting out.
100% fully destemned crop. Alcoholic fermentation
in stainless tank for part of cuvee and thermoregulated
concrete tank for other part of cuvee at 28°C.
12 to 15 days vating with soft tannin extraction by footing and racking.
Malolactic Fermentation is tanks ageing in tank to preserve freshness and fruit.
