VARIETALS :Sauvignon 50% - Colombard 50%
TERROIR :Val de la Clamoux, gravelly alluvial fields which become very hot during the summer.
CLIMATE :Mediterranean, hot and dry. Oceanic influences.
VINIFICATION :Traditional, at a controlled temperature. Destemming immediately after picking at the vineyard.
TASTING NOTES : Golden color with silver reflections. The nose reveals a lot of finesse on floral, apricot and citrus notes. The mouth is well balanced, round and voluptuous with a pleasant acidulous finish.
PAIRINGS : Pairs excellently with grilled or row fish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8°C.
