Vinification: Traditional fermentation in 120 years old oak cask, followed by a 12 months “elevage sur lie”.
Tasting notes: Brilliant yellow pale color. The nose is elegant on fine flower and citrus notes. The mouth is dry and full bodied. Pleasant length on mineral, chalky notes
