VARIETALS : Grenache, Merlot et Cinsault
TERROIR : Val de la Clamoux, gravelly alluvial fields which become very hot during the summer.
CLIMATE : Mediterranean, hot and dry. Oceanic influences.
VINIFICATION : Saignee rose. Short maceration with strict temperature control.
TASTING NOTES : Beautiful pale rose color, brilliant. The nose is delicate on red fruit notes. The mouth is ample, aromatic and well balance with a refreshing acidity.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8°C.
