Pressed from Saint-Laurent grapes, macerated for 8 hours. Light and delicate salmon pink. Notes of caramel as the first impression in the bouquet, followed by a delicate scent of rosehips and strawberries. Fresh and fruity on the palate, reminiscent of morello cherries and caramel cream. Balanced acidity, tasty yet rich in extracts and gifts. A beautiful "summer wine", ideal for barbecue in the evening or with cheese, bacon and spreads
