Village of Bué in Sancerre is the home of Dominique and Janine CROCHET. They own and operate a wine estate which has been in the same family for many generations. Today the estate is comprised of 8 ha of vineyards spread across several parcels of land which have helped make the outstanding reputation of Sancerre wines

Average vines : minimum 30 years old

Sustainable culture inspired by Organic technics. At harvest time, the grapes are pressed and the must put into thermoregulated stainless Steel tanks where it is vinified and matured until spring.

After a hot and dry year, with huge temperature differences, we received by nature excellent grapes. Harvest was carried out under sun for about 10 days. Wine shows nice aroma elegance, roundness and freshness it makes of this vintage a great one. Serve: at 10° best on seafoods, fish on sauce and of course with goat cheese.
