ULLS DE MEL RED, NATURAL WINE

Designation of origin: D.O. PENEDÈS

Variety: 90 % Tempranillo, 10 % Garnacha

Vine age: more than 40 years

Alcohol: 12,5%

Natural wines without added sulphites. The grapes are carefully selected and very slowly pressed. Fermented with native yeasts.

TASTING NOTES

Deep and intense red cherry colour with purple highlights. Very fresh and balsamic aromas of plums and raspberries. In the mouth the wine is powerful and rich but delicate. The aftertaste is complex and long with a balance of acidity, spice and salinity.

TASTING

Cheese, cheese and more cheese! Also suitable for any starter including rice, pasta or white meat. A versatile wine: enjoy as a stand-alone drink or in combination with many different cuisines including Asian (such as Indian) and Mediterranean.
